I wasn’t ready for this!
The resort’s lush environment captivated me from the start! Wildlife, including monkeys and vibrant macaws, roamed freely. Dining at the Mexican restaurant was a delight, and the beach lagoon was perfect for relaxation. Getting access to Xcaret park added an extra layer of excitement! Extremely friendly service made our stay memorable!

Family with kids will love this place
The entertainment staff at the resort were just amazing. They really made our family vacation lovely, hosting games and dancing with the kids. Plus, the wildlife roaming around just adds an adventurous touch, like sitting by the pool and spotting a monkey. That was pure joy, seeing the kids' faces light up!
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but the value was acceptable.

Can't recommend highly enough for a fleeting stay.
Beautiful resort, beautiful beach, with a great atmosphere created by the stunning pools and the comfortable king-size bed that made our family feel right at home after a fun day exploring the attractions nearby.
Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We loved the peaceful caleta and all the wildlife around the resort. Don't miss the fun salsa classes—everyone was joining in! Plus, it’s super close to Xcaret Park, which was a huge bonus. Pro tip, get a room away from the lobby if you’re noise-sensitive. Shoutout to our waiter Emiliano at Pacos Tacos. he really made our dining experience special!

I loved the gorgeous greenery surrounding the property. The wildlife was a real treat. I spotted monkeys and iguanas daily. The pools were stunning and spacious, perfect for relaxation. Dining options at El Pescador stood out, especially the mahi mahi dish. Staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. However, checking into the wrong room type was frustrating. I booked a Deluxe Room but got a different configuration. Waking up every morning to queue for restaurant reservations was exhausting. Some food items didn’t have clear allergen labels, which felt risky. A few times, I struggled to find carts to help with transportation around the extensive grounds. Overall, the resort's ambiance was lovely, but these issues made the vacation less enjoyable.

While the resort's natural beauty and friendly staff were highlights, the experience was marred by room issues, such as weak air conditioning and unclean balconies, along with inconsistent dining service and long waits at the reception. Overall, the potential for enjoyment exists but could improve significantly.
